  • Send you updates and marketing materials related to Lightbase.

  • Inform you if you are selected for early access.

  • Better understand interest in Lightbase by analyzing sign-ups by company and role.

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the waiting list form.



5. How long we keep your data


We will keep your personal data until:

  • You unsubscribe (an unsubscribe link will be included in every message), or

  • You request its deletion, or

  • We no longer need to contact you regarding early access or marketing.



6. Who we share your data with


We use third-party providers to manage communications. Specifically:

  • HubSpot, Inc. provides our email and CRM platform. If your account is hosted in the EU, most data is stored in EU data centers. However, certain data (such as analytics, support, or system logs) may still be transferred to the United States. When this occurs, HubSpot ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We will not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.
